Manne Siddaramulu Life Member LIFE MEMBERSHIP. • Life members who have donated 100,000 and above shall be entitled to VIP benefits as outlined in Exhibit A attached here to. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. • The society shall consist of annual membership who have donated an amount of 1,000 and above. ELECTED MEMBERS. • The society shall have elected members who will serve the temple and its community. Formation of elected body includingmember,president, secretary and treasurer and their term as outlined in Exhibit B RULES FOR DONATIONS. • The society shall collect donations from its members and well-wishers for the development and maintenance of Sri Rama Raghu Rama Raghupathi Nilayam. • All donations shall be voluntary, and the society shall follow formal procedures for the collection and documentation of donations. TEMPLE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. • The funds collected shall be utilized for the development and maintenance of the temple premises. • A budget shall be prepared, and all expenditures must be approved by a majority vote of the life members and elected members together. BUDGET APPROVAL PROCESS. • The proposed budget shall be presented to the members for approval. • Approval shall be obtained through a voting process involving life members and elected members. SRI RAMA RAGHU RAMA RAGHUPATHI NILAYAM SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP FORMATION DOCUMENT LIFE MEMBERSHIP This Membership Formation Document outlines the criteria, benefits, and processes for individuals who have donated 100,000 and above to become life members of SRI RAMA RAGHU RAMA RAGHUPATHI NILAYAM as of December 4, 2023. And individuals who have donated 1,000 and above to become anual membership. Future life memberships will be decided collectively by existing life members and elected members through a voting process as outlined in EXHIBIT C. 1. Eligibility Criteria for Life Membership • Individuals who have made a donation of 100,000 and above to SRI RAMA RAGHU RAMA RAGHUPATHI NILAYAM on or before December 4, 2023, are eligible for life membership. 2. Benefits of Life Membership Display Names • Print on Stone plate and display on temple premises • Print on annual broacher on website/on paper print and called every on speaker Family members VIP benefits will apply to immediate family members with life member consent/approval Exclusive Access • Life members enjoy exclusive access to special events, ceremonies, and seminars organized by the temple. Priority Darshan • Life members will have priority access for darshan during regular temple hours. VIP Events • Invitations to VIP-only events, including festivals, cultural programs, and spiritual discourses. Recognition • Inclusion of the life member's name on a dedicated plaque within the temple premises. Trustee • All the life members will be default become trustees Periodic Updates • Regular updates and newsletters on temple activities, projects, and developments. 3. Future Life Memberships • The process for determining life memberships for individuals who donate 100,000 and above after December 4, 2023, will be collectively decided by existing life members and elected members through a voting process. 4. Voting Process • Voting for future life memberships will occur annually or as deemed necessary by the temple society. • Elected members and existing life members will form the voting body. • A proposed candidate's eligibility for life membership will be determined based on their significant contribution and commitment to the temple.A candidate must receive a majority >51% members vote for approval.All voting processes and outcomes will be transparent and communicated to the temple community. 5. Termination of Life Membership • Life memberships may be terminated in cases of misconduct, violation of temple rules, or other reasons as decided by the temple Society through due process. 6. Amendment of Rules • Any amendments to these rules and procedures will be proposed and approved through a collective decision-making (EXHIBIT C) process involving elected members and existing life members.
