ELECTION PROCESS
1. Election Timeline.
• The Society shall announce the upcoming election at least 30 daysdays in advance.
• A specified period during which eligible candidates can submit their nominations. This period will be communicated well in advance.
• Ensuring that all eligible voters, including life members and elected members, are registered to participate in the election. Registration details will be updated periodically. • A defined timeframe during which candidates can campaign and present their vision and plans for the Society.
2. Eligibility Criteria.
• Voters must be active members of SRI RAMA RAGHU RAMA RAGHUPATHI NILAYAMSociety.
• Voters should be in good standing with the Society, adhering to its rules and regulations.
3. Nomination Process.
• Candidates will submit a duly filled nomination form during the specified nomination period.
• The Society will verify the eligibility of each candidate based on the provided information.
• A list of verified candidates will be published, along with their profiles, for the information of Society members.
