ROLES OF MEMBERS AND ELECTION PROCESS
This document outlines the election process for members in SRI RAMA RAGHU RAMA RAGHUPATHI NILAYAM SOCIETY. The objective is to establish a transparent, fair, and democratic procedure for the selection of individuals who will serve the Society as its members.
Initial executive body will be formed through nomination by founder and life members then the upcoming executive body by election process . ROLES OF MEMBERS 1. President/Chairperson.
• Provides overall leadership and direction to the executive body.
• Presides over meetings and represents the temple trust in official capacities. 2. Vice President/Vice Chairperson.
• Assists the president in their duties.
• Takes on the role of the president in their absence. 3. Secretary.
• Manages the temple trust's official correspondence.
• Keeps records of meetings, decisions, and important documents. 4. Treasurer.
• Manages the financial affairs of the temple trust.
• Prepares budgets, financial reports, and ensures compliance with financial regulations. 5. Executive Director/CEO.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the temple trust.
• Implements the decisions made by the executive body. 6. Trustees.
• Individuals entrusted with overseeing specific aspects of the temple trust, such as finance, administration, or events.
• All the life members will be default become trustees 7. Legal Advisor.
• Provides legal counsel to the executive body.
• Ensures that the temple trust operates within the bounds of the law. 8. Public Relations Officer (PRO).
• Handles communication between the temple trust and the public.
• Manages public events, media relations, and community outreach. 9. Cultural Affairs Coordinator.
• Oversees cultural and religious events held by the temple.
• Coordinates festivals, ceremonies, and educational programs. 10. Building and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Manages the upkeep and maintenance of the temple premises.
• Coordinates repairs and renovations as needed. 11. Membership Coordinator.
• Handles membership matters, including enrollment, renewals, and communication with members. 12. Technology and IT Coordinator.
• Manages the technology infrastructure of the temple, including websites, social media, and IT systems. 13. Security Officer.
• Ensures the safety and security of the temple premises and its visitors. 14. Youth Coordinator.
• Engages with and coordinates activities for the younger members of the community. 15. Human Resources Manager.
• Handles personnel matters, including recruitment, training, and conflict resolution.
